9.3.7不支持框架标记noframes不支持框架标记noframes用来为不能显示框架的浏览器制作内容。因为有一些浏览器或者浏览设备中并不支持框架元素，将不能正常显示内容。使用noflames标记，可以使此类浏览器中显示noframes标记中的内容。
